- Healthy Homes Standards
The Healthy Homes Standards specify minimum requirements for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture and drainage, and draught stopping for rental properties. From 1 July 2021, the government enforced the Healthy Homes Standards for rental properties. This is important for both property managers and owners, and any ignorance of the regulations can result in penalties or pay-out to tenants.
- Comprehensive Detailed Report
A comprehensive detailed report on the current status will be provided, clearly highlighted with photos, comments and recommendations. If there are any inaccessible areas, they will be clearly noted by reasoning. Our reports comply with Healthy Homes Standards.

- Compliance Statement
This report is ideal for rental property owners who want to determine if their rental property complies with the current regulations for Healthy Homes. Compliance Statement is required for all tenancy agreements since December 2020, and we will complete the current level of compliance statement for our clients. This will save about 30 to 45 minutes.
