Quality House Inspections has built a proven inspection methodology over time encompassing the NZS 4306:2005, which is carried out by a BOINZ (Building Officials Institute of New Zealand) Licensed & Accredited Building Surveyor.
- Comprehensive Detailed Report
A comprehensive detailed report on the current status will be provided, clearly highlighted with photos, comments and recommendations. If there are any inaccessible areas, they will be clearly noted by reasoning. Our reports comply with NZS 4306:2005.
- 48 Hours Turnaround
Our standard turnaround time for Maintenance Building Inspection reports is within 48 Hours of the inspection.

Interior Building Inspection only involves the interior of the dwelling. This inspection is carried out when you purchase an apartment or unit with a body corporate looking after the exterior.
